This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use our coaching, consulting, and hypnotherapy services.

- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, time zone.
- Background and onboarding information: information you share about your goals, focus areas, and relevant personal or professional context.
- Booking, billing, and transaction information: session dates and times, services purchased, payment amounts and method. Payment card details are processed by our third party payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Session related information: notes about your goals, progress, action items and, where applicable, limited hypnotherapy session notes used to support your work with us. These are coaching/consulting notes and are not regulated health records.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us, contact form submissions, testimonials or feedback you choose to provide.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and related analytics data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving newsletters, updates, or promotional communications.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers such as social insurance numbers, nor information about children under 13, and we ask that you do not provide such information.

We use personal information for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:
- Provide and personalize our coaching, consulting, and hypnotherapy services, including scheduling sessions, keeping relevant notes, and following up on action items.

- Process payments and issue invoices or receipts through our third party payment processor.
- Send you newsletters, resources, or promotional communications if you have opted in, and manage your choices about these communications.
